Sun Netra CP3020 Opteron ATCA Blade
Active TabOverview

The Sun Netra CP3020 Opteron ATCA Blade brings the efficiency of AMD's x64 processor technology to the ATCA form factor. This single- or dual-core AMD Opteron processor-based blade outperforms competing Xeon-based ATCA blades by up to 10 percent. This blade consumes so little power it can offer two 2.5-inch SAS hard drives, two expansion slots, compact flash support, and double the number of memory slots found on competing Intel-based ATCA blades - all within the defined ATCA power budget. Plus, the Netra CP3020 Blade offers support for both the Solaris OS and carrier-grade Linux.
