Victor leads the Systems Sales organization within the Asia Pacific Region, and is responsible for all server and storage sales throughout this diverse set of markets. Victor is a 17-year veteran of Sun, and most recently was the Chief of Operations for Sun Japan. In that role, he was responsible for the growth of the local business and driving business opportunities with partners and customers. Previously, Victor was the Senior Corporate Director for Industries, Partners and Alliances Sales Organization in Asia South, where he was responsible for driving partnering strategies. Under his leadership, the Asia South region achieved one of the highest industry penetration rates, especially in the financial services industry and telco, in a competitive market. Prior to this, he was Chief of Operations for Asia South. Victor has also managed and led country teams in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and India during his extensive tenure at Sun. Before he joined Sun, Victor held various management positions in Sales, Marketing and Channel Development with Hewlett Packard. Victor holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Melbourne and a Graduate Diploma in Business/Marketing from Singapore Institute of Management.
